This news item (posted by wowpow on the Sawatdee board) has sparked a lively discussion. It would be interesting to learn what members here think about it.

Gay-rights advocates yesterday called for laws to cover the rape and sexual assault of homosexuals and transgender victims. They want legislation amended following incidents in which homosexual men have been unable to bring rape charges as a result of the "limited coverage of the law".
Gay-rights groups want the definition of rape in the Criminal Code expanded to cover homosexual and transgender victims as well as sexual violation with sex toys and other implements. Forced oral sex needed to be included also, they said.

I have been told a few times there is a farang who resembles Mr. Bean but a bit larger, gets younger boys and tries to suffocate them then brings them back to life what an a****** now that is some one who should be caught. Hung drawn and quartered.There is some lunatics around what on earth sort of life do they come from. I dont mind a joke but why do they have to get so personal some people they must have had such a horrendous child hood is all i can think of. life is to short some people want to chill out.

earwig i think thats part of the breath control scene. Believe it or not some of the recipients enjoy such stuff. Takes all sorts I suppose.

as per my opinion some of the people enjoy it all whether it has some bad effects also.

While I am tempted to say that the most important consideration is whether it is consensual or not, I am also wondering if any of his partners are under-aged. If they are, then it doesn't matter whether the sex was consensual or not. It becomes both rape as well as assault and possibly, attempted murder - with the onus being on our friend to prove that he was attempting no such thing when he stranglled his partners, if he got caught or reported to the police.

He made 6 posts/responses to topics that went back to 2006 all on the same day and within a period of 30 minutes. The posts almost seemed like computer generated responses similar to spam emails that are nothing but gibberish.
